Abstract

The administration of a network of business processes involved in the creation and delivery of production and service packages to final consumers can be summed up as supply chain management. Naturally, it is required to first identify key processes based on appropriate indicators in order to optimize them based on efficiency in order to enhance supply chain performance. By proposing a model, it will be attempted to classify the various supply chain operations into standard, repetitive, and non-repetitive processes in this article. The important processes are then identified using variance components analysis, and it is decided how these processes may be improved to raise the supply chain robustness performance indicators. It’s obvious that by strengthening the major supply chain operations, it will be possible to reduce supply chain variability while also enhancing performance in terms of cost, time, and quality and raising customer satisfaction throughout the chain. The outcomes of the study done on a supply chain show how well the model works.
