Subsequent to acquiring his Bachelor and Master degrees in Computer Engineering and Computer Architecture, he inclined towards advanced managerial studies by receiving Master and Doctor of business administrations from Tehran Polytechnic and Bordeaux Universities, respectively. His research interests center around Startup Commons for Ecosystem Developers and Capital Venture.

Hamidreza Amouzegar received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from University of Tehran. Being absorbed in modern businesses, he studied his M.Sc. degree in Ecommerce at KNTU University of Technology. Pursuing over 19 years’ involvement in software engineering and development, he now serves as the top-level project manager of FANAP Company which provides information technology-based services for public and private sectors. His professional interests are grounded in Information Science, Enterprise Solutions, Core Banking Platforms, and Intelligent Systems.

Vahid Hajipour is Assistant Professor of Industrial & System Engineering at the Azad University, West Tehran Branch in Iran. He also holds a visiting professorship position in Industrial Engineering at the Alzahra and Kharazmi Universities. Dr. Hajipour is a member of the Iranian National Elite Foundation and Young Researchers Club. He is the recipient of the 2011, 2013, 2014, and 2015 Distinguished Young Researcher Award and the 2016 Distinguished Researcher Award at Azad University. He received his BS, MS, and PhD in Industrial Engineering from the Bu Ali Sina University in Hamedan, Iran. His research interests are in facility location modelling, supply chain network design, reliability theory, queuing theory, computational intelligence, and Uncertainty Management. Adel Hatami-Marbini is a Professor in Business and Management, Leicester Castle Business School (LCBS) at De Montfort University. His research revolves around performance measurement, operations and supply chain management and operational research. He holds a BSC and an MSc in Industrial Engineering and received his PhD in Economics and Management Sciences from Louvain School of Management (LSM) of Université catholique de Louvain, Belgium. Adel also visited Aston Business School, Technical University of Ostrava, University of Seville, American University of Beirut and Virginia Tech. He has published over 60 research papers in a variety of scholarly academic journals including European Journal of Operational Research (ABS List 4), Omega (ABS List 3), Expert Systems with Applications (ABS List 3) and Journal of the Operational Research Society (ABS List 3), among others and has regularly presented his work at various national and international conferences.

Madjid Tavana is Professor and Distinguished Chair of Business Analytics at La Salle University, where he serves as Chairman of the Business Systems and Analytics Department. He also holds an Honorary Professorship in Business Information Systems at the University of Paderborn in Germany. Dr. Tavana is Distinguished Research Fellow at the Kennedy Space Center, the Johnson Space Center, the Naval Research Laboratory at Stennis Space Center, and the Air Force Research Laboratory. He was recently honored with the prestigious Space Act Award by NASA. He holds an MBA, PMIS, and PhD in Management Information Systems and received his Post-Doctoral Diploma in Strategic Information Systems from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He has published 15 books and over 250 research papers in international scholarly academic journals. Bruno Apolloni

Bruno Apolloni is full professor in Computer Science at the Department of Computer Science of the Milan University, Italy. His main research interests are in the frontier area between probability, mathematical statistics and computer science, with special regard to statistical bases of learning, subsymbolic and symbolic learning processes, granular computing, and modeling of dynamical processes in biology and in network theory. He introduced the Algorithmic Inference approach in statistics as a conceptual and methodological tool to solve modern computational learning problems with the massive use of computers. In particular, it provides a unifying theoretical framework to the various data analysis and management disciplines converging under the granular computing heading. He also introduced some non-markovian processes to model intentionality in a wide range of biological systems ranging from bacteria colonies to social communities. Recently he focused on new paradigms of social networks based on advanced WEB services and computational intelligence tools. He authored around 150 scientific papers and two monographs.

He holds a PhD in Mathematical Economics from York University in Canada where he was awarded the Dean's Academic Excellence Award. He also holds a PhD in Applied Economics from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in Spain. He has published extensively in the areas of decision theory and operations research. Mohammad Fathian is a Professor of Industrial Engineering at Iran University of Science and Technology. He received his Ph.D. from Iran University of Science and Technology in 2002 and initiated his work as a faculty member at SIE since 2004. His research vision is concentrated mainly on Information Technology and its applications, especially e-business and e-commerce. Debora Di Caprio is Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Trento (Italy). She is also visiting research fellow at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics of York University (Canada), invited research fellow in the INTBM International Business and Markets Group at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Spain) and research fellow in the Research Group on Big Data and Artificial Intelligence of the Sociedad Española de Nefrología. Masood Fathi holds a Ph.D. degree in industrial engineering from the University of Navarra, Spain. Mohammad Amini received his Ph.D in Information Technology Engineering (e-commerce) at the school of Industrial Engineering in Iran University of Science and Technology, Tehran. He also has working experience as a data scientist and data engineer in the Research Center on Developing Advanced Technologies, Tehran, Iran. Sajjad Jalali is currently involved in FANAP Studies & Research Center endeavoring to spotlight engineering knowledge and achievements of this large-scale Iranian Technology Leader through prolific publications. During his academic stint, he has majored in Industrial Engineering. Particularly, in 2018, he successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis at Azad University of Qazvin concentrating on the risk-averse reliable design of the supply chain structures. He has also taught different Industrial Engineering courses at Azad University of Shahrood. He is the Elsevier Reviewer at scholarly journals such as Transportation Research Part E besides Computers and Operations Research. His research interests include Enterprise solutions, stochastic programming, game theory, as well as decomposition and Heuristic-based algorithms.

Seyed Vahid Daei Niaki is a Ph.D. student in Industrial Engineering majoring in logistics and supply chain. Since 2020, he has been working as a senior market research expert at FANAP Research and Development Center. His field of work includes research, system analysis, market studies and research, market analysis and development, business innovation, and digital transformation. Since 2018, he has been working as a visiting lecturer with the industrial engineering department of the Islamic Azad University of West Tehran. He also has a teaching experience of 7 years as a visiting lecturer at Payam Noor University.
